If your NDIS funding is self-managed, you can:
1. Activate your Perx account and then make an NDIS payment request through your myplace portal.
2. You will receive an NDIS friendly invoice when payment is due which you can claim on the NDIS.
If your NDIS funding is plan-managed, both you and your plan manager will receive monthly invoices, and your Plan Manager can organise your NDIS reimbursement claim on your behalf.
We’ve written an entire article which explains the payment process works for different plan types. Check it out here.
The Perx NDIS membership is fully reimbursable, and you should have no problem claiming. However, if your claim is rejected we will offer a full refund.
We offer yearly and monthly Perx NDIS plans. Perx is prepaid, so all services are paid for upfront and before use, by credit or debit card. Your credit or debit card will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle. So, if you opt for a monthly plan your card will be charged on the first day of the new monthly billing cycle. If you are on a yearly plan, your card will be charged on the first day of the new yearly cycle.
Self managed NDIS users can opt to pay manually (each month or year), and can only be paid by bank transfer (or by credit card).
If you are a plan managed NDIS user, you must pay manually (each month or year) and your plan manager must pay by bank transfer. We will provide you with an NDIS friendly invoice.
You have the option to cancel anytime.
